Contract / Disclaimer

1. Cancellation Policy:

Clients are required to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $75.

2. Lock-out Policy:

If no one is available to answer the door upon our arrival, or if we are unable to access the premises at the scheduled date and time, a lock-out fee of $75 will be charged. We will make every effort to contact you and will wait for a response for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time; however, if we do not receive a response, the fee will apply.

3. Payment Policy:

The total payment is due within 24 hours of service completion, with payment options available including cash or online methods. A late fee of $25 will be incurred for each day the payment remains overdue.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If clients are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will gladly return to address any areas that were missed or did not meet your expectations.

Evergreen Pristine Cleaning Services, LLC - Cleaning Policies:

***Please ensure that all items are securely stored and assess their fragility prior to cleaning. We will seek your permission on how to proceed if items are deemed at risk; otherwise, we may skip cleaning these items to prevent damage to valuables or irreplaceable belongings.

***In the event that an area is excessively cluttered, we will make every effort to tidy as we clean. However, please note that we do not provide organizing or junk removal services. We will move accessible items to effectively dust and sanitize the areas we can reach.

***If we encounter any signs of rodent activity, bodily fluids (from humans, animals, or rodents), or hazardous materials, we will be unable to clean those areas and will inform you accordingly.
